Independent of your agreed initial installation training, this later training focusses on system usage training and is focussed on staff business tasks and how the Business Builder software will help them achieve their job objectives.

Key Performance Indicators are identified and training programmes are structured and agreed with management before training commences to help staff meet them. Success is reviewed after training and training completion forms are completed by attendees.
