Software Support


Support contracts are usually agreed in writing with the Client on an installation by installation basis to an SLA around the enclosed framework. It is important to note that unlike many other software vendors, Steam Software as the authors and IP owners of the software consider it imperative to provide technical support in house. In the Company's opinion, adequate support is the key to happy system users and fast efficient answers to queries cannot be provided by external call centre support.
