Web Utilities
A range of Optional web utilities are available to further integrate Business Builder modules with your existing business systems. These allow information in disparate systems to be viewed from and combined with the central CRM core modules. An important difference with other systems is that no import routines are needed to transfer information into or out of Business Builder, meaning that data transfer is seamless and automatic.
These utilities include:
Easylink - Vital business information to or from customers is often ONLY sent by email now, so not having easy access to it can be business critical. How many times have you received an email and thought it should really be stored behind CRM but its just too much hassle to do so? The Easylink system takes emails received into or sent from Outlook, and allows the user to send these to Business Builder databases automatically. It stores up to two attachments sent with the email at the same time. Best of all, you don't even need to have Business Builder open to use it.
The Easylink system will look for the right Customer or Prospect record, look for the individual person the email came from (or has been sent to) and stores it in a specific documents folder behind that persons name. It also drops a reminder note into the Business Builder diary telling you an Easylink message has been received and you may want to do something about it.

BB Outlook Integration - Not to be confused with Easylink, integration is available with Outlook 2003 and 2007. Other systems allow you to integrate but require you to download your CRM contacts to Outlook, possibly compromising your carefully thought out data security policies.
BB Outlook is two way linkage which installs extra buttons in Outlook and allows meetings etc to be uploaded to Business Builder diaries, and Business Builder diary activity to be displayed in Outlook calendar diaries. This is without downloading business contacts to Outlook.

Databuilder - leads from websites are usually sent to you by email. If you want to incorporate this into databases you have to either retype the details or at best cut and paste it into your marketing or prospect databases. Not any more.
Databuilder forms are Contact forms of various types which sit on your existing website and when filled in and submitted, create a new Prospect Record card and drop a note into your Business Builder diary, both at the same time and without you having to do anything. Standard forms allow collection of up to ten fields (without drop downs) and can de duplicate automatically on the way into Business Builder.
Import Wizards - Business Builder has comprehensive modular functionality for managing every aspect of your business prior to your accounting functions. Sometimes, in specific business situations it may be required to regularly enter information that goes across several Business Builder modules, which can be laborious. Example, a salesman or telemarketer may wish to update both diary activity and quote information at the same time, or Prodcut information and the customer Products of Interest section.Import Wizards provide the fields specific to you on a single screen and the Wizard will import that to the right part of the system, saving you time.

PDA access - Update stock from a hand held? Call reports from your mobile?
While Business Builder is of course available via handheld devices the screen on these devices is much smaller and varies from device type to device type. It is possible that specific views may be required on specific devices for specific areas of the Business Builder system for specific applications, and these custom views are available at low cost upon request.
