Business Builder CRM, as supplied out of the box, will meet the vast majority of commercial requirements as detailed in the Products section of this site. To keep the generic demo usable for most businesses wanting a quick look, the functionality has been limited.
Remember, there is nothing to install on your premises and nothing for you to worry about on your fileserver. What you see on this demo could be yours on the web also. Software and technology is an enabler. It doesn’t make your business change for the better, but gives you the tools and supports the business processes required to drive greater sales and profits from your organisation, whether you employ 10 or 1000 people.

Using the generic demo
Remember, what the system user sees will vary according to their login and password. You may not for instance want everyone to see the business analytic functions. For this demo, we suggest you start by clicking on Dashboard to see how the information currently locked in your business could be made available at the touch of a button. (The data behind this option either comes from upgraded sales orders or from invoice information imported from your accounts package). Then view Order Pipeline and see how quotes can be created, emailed to your client, stored, reviewed and produced graphically against forecasts.
